Two Factor Authentication meets Self Help Password Reset

  • End user connects to an automated self help web page
  • User is two factor authenticated by prompting for their Pin and Passcode from their mobile phone
  • Optionally, the user can be prompted for secret information or existing  information such as their employee number instead of a PIN 
  • After authentication is complete, the user is prompted to enter a new Microsoft Windows password
  • SecurPassword resets the password in Active Directory in real time
