As part of the annual subscription fee you are entitled to 1st and 2nd line telephone technical support for all SecurEnvoy software related issues via an established network of partners and distributors throughout the world. You are also entitled to third line support directly from us.

Product Registration

To take advantage of SecurEnvoy support services, your product must be registered with us and your product subscription must be current. To register your product, send your company name, address and contact details to support@SecurEnvoy.com.

SecurEnvoy Support Policy By Version


SecurEnvoy strive to limit the number of major releases to one every two years and one minor release every two years. Click here for the latest version details  

Existing customers can choose to stay on their existing version if they feel that new features added are not required. SecurEnvoy will support the current and previous two major versions of our product thus customers would only need to upgrade once every 6 years to maintain a supported environment.  

Customer bulletins are sent twice a year to registered users via email. These bulletins include details of any pending releases and what new features or supported operating systems have been added.
