Second office opens on the West Coast following US product adoption

San Diego / New York – September 30th – SecurEnvoy, the UK-based global leader in tokenless® two-factor authentication, has opened its second office in the US, in San Diego. The opening of the new San Diego office is to cope with demand following a ramped up reseller recruitment drive, resulting in new partners and the success of its latest authentication product, SecurAccess Version 7.SecurAccess Version 7, which allows users to authenticate quickly and seamlessly via any device and has already generated massive additional global sales. The new west-coast office follows the opening of the company’s US head office in New York in February 2013 and creates even more jobs and opportunities through its partner program.

The two-factor authentication security market is growing rapidly. According to industry analysts the authentication market was worth around $2 billion in 2011 and is growing worldwide at a compound annual growth rate of 20.8 per cent .

Steve Watts, co-founder and sales director at SecurEnvoy explains: “Globally, SecurEnvoy enjoys around 60 per cent annual growth and the USA represents it’s strongest growth market”. With an A1 credit rating from Dun & Bradstreet, that is untouchable by most rivals, combined with Gartner referencing SecurEnvoy as ‘visionary’ and the ‘one to watch’. “We plan to continue the growth at this steady growth rate that has been enjoyed over the past ten years, coupled with our new San Diego office and uptake from new customers and partners in the US, should see this steadily continue.”
